Shipping & Delivery

Our ready-to-wear pieces are shipped within 7-10 days after the order is placed. Our custom-fit pieces take 10 to 15 days, depending on the fabrics and embroidery.

Currently, we offer shipping to across all over India. We also offer shipping to Australia, EU, Hong Kong, Japan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Switzerland, UAE, UK, and USA.

Please feel free to email us at hello@somyagoyal.in for delivering outside these locations and we will try our best to arrange a special order for you.

Shipping Charges for orders within India

We offer free shipping on orders above INR 10,000. Orders less than INR 10,000 are charged a flat rate of INR 200.

Duties and Taxes

Applicable taxes and custom duties depend on the region of delivery. These are charged at the time of order checkout.

Tracking your order

You will receive a confirmation email right after the order is placed. We will also notify you when your order is shipped via a dispatch email with all the details needed to track your shipment.

Receiving your order

Please ensure that you will be available to sign or initial your order receipt upon delivery. If you have opted out of the signature requirement, we will leave your purchase at your delivery address and Somya Goyal or the shipping carrier cannot be held responsible for any theft, loss, or damage that may occur after your order has been delivered.

Check the products carefully once you receive them. In case of any tampering of the package, missing item or damage on the delivery by the courier

Our Return and cancellation policy

We do not offer returns or exchanges on made-to-order pieces but will be happy to offer assistance for size related concerns.

Items purchased during sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

If the delivered product is different from the item confirmed at the time of placing the order or has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect, we will initiate a return with full refund or offer a replacement.

To return or exchange a product or report damage in transit, please get in touch with our Customer Care within 48 hours of delivery:

• By email at hello@somyagoyal.in with your order number, date of transaction, delivery address and image of the wrongfully delivered or defective item.

Please note that the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it in along with the original packaging intact.

Our customer care team will look into the issue and revert back within 48 working hours.

Customisation/ Measurement & Size chart

All our pieces are available in standard sizing. Please see the size chart attached below for the best fit.

For alterations, connect with us over WhatsApp or email within 10 days from date of delivery. You will, however, need to send us the piece and bear the courier charges for the same.

Besides standard sizing, we also customize fits as per request. To do so, please fill in the body measurements in the given form when placing an order. Our pieces can also be customized with different fabric materials and colours from the respective collection on request.

Please note that we do not offer exchange or return on customized fits. Alterations will be made within 10 days after delivery.
